  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier under agreed terms.

  • Due to the nature of international trade, goods once shipped cannot be returned unless otherwise stated in the signed contract.
  • Claims for defective or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with valid proof.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the goods purchased under the relevant invoice.
